A wonderfully rich addition to a variety of desserts, our Caramel flavor also tastes delicious in beverages and other treats. When used as a flavoring, use sparingly as our super strength flavors are potent (about 3 – 4 times stronger than an extract). 1 dram = about 1 teaspoon
