Shipping Methods
 
We offer shipping via both UPS and USPS. The customer may choose their preferred option. Free shipping will be offered on orders totaling $100 or more to the continental United States (lower 48). We will make every reasonable effort to ship out any in stock item to you within 1-3 days of you placing your order. Sorry free shipping is not available outside the lower 48 United States. (Free shipping excludes Canada, Alaska and Hawaii)
For orders shipping internationally, customs and/or duty fees are not included in the shipping charges paid to Ben Franklin Online. These fees are collected when UPS or the Postal Service delivers the package, and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
 
Return Policy
 
You may return merchandise within 60 days from the date the order was shipped. If the return is the result of manufacturer defect, damage, or Benfranklinonline.com error, you will receive 100% credit for the merchandise and outgoing shipping fees. For these approved types of returns a UPS call tag may be issued.
 
If returning unwanted items, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost from the original order as well as the cost of returning the unwanted items. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on these returns. Products must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip with your return, along with an explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the product. Please note we are not responsible for color variations due to screen resolutions. If your order arrives damaged by the carrier, please have the driver make note of the damage at that time. Keep all boxes and contact benfranklinonline.com customer service (support@benfranklinonline.com). Contacting the carrier for an inspection and processing any paperwork are our responsibility and your order will be refunded in full. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. When exchanging an item, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost from the original order and the cost of returning the item.
 
To return an item simply log into your account under My Account. Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Items button. In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return  drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action  and Comments  are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.

Billing & Payments
 
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payments are processed through the Authorize.net gateway via NPC. Checks and Money Orders may be accepted, but please place your order with us over the phone (423-246-1323) before mailing your check or money order. Purchased items will not ship until payment has been received in full. When paying with a check please allow an additional 10 to 14 days for shipment, as these orders will not ship until check has cleared.
 
 
Tax
 
Residents of the state of Tennessee will be charged 9.5% sales tax rate.
